Competitive global environment

Small, medium-sized and large companies all continuously need new products and a progressive development of their respective segments in order to insure growth and stay competitive, their markets allowing ever shorter development-cycles. As a strategy to strengthen their capacity for innovation, cooperation/joint ventures with scientific research institutions and/or other companies over time have proven to be both beneficial and efficient.

Research and development cooperations offer access to superior business proposals, which are more attractive with distinct USP’s, taking advantage of diverse strengths and shorter development cycles.
For Japanese as well as German companies such joint ventures are a very viable option in order to prevail and stand out in the increasingly competitive global environment.

LYOGROUP International – about us

Focussing on SME’s as well as scientific institutions, we see our new enterprise, “Lyogroup International”, as a success-oriented link at the interface of economics/business and science in a Japanese-German context.
For this new venture Lyogroup Corporate- and Management Consultancy and Network for Science combine the expertise and experience they have made over the years with German and Japanese clients in the areas of business, science management and the public sector. In this combined effort, we resort to a varied multitude of networks, information and infrastructure – in Japan as much as in Germany.

There is joy in work.
There is no happiness except in the realization
that we have accomplished something.

(Henry Ford)
